Dear Lisa,

Thank you for your application for Phoebe.  I am very sorry but Phoebe has not been
consistently well behaved around children and given Noah's age, I don't think she
will be a good match for your family.  I encourage you to continue looking for
a rescue dog and do hope you understand why Phoebe will not work for your family.
