My ankle hurts. Stairs hurt like a MF.
It hurt last night - but I still worked out for an hour.
It hurts this morning - but I am still going to the gym this morning.
The gym didn't make it worse, so as long as I keep it mobile and supported, I think it will be okay.
Besides, I don't want to stop. I always stop after a week or two at the gym and lose all momentum.
My momentum is not going anywhere! Except, forward I guess.
