Friday will be two weeks since my technical interview. You know, the one where the person LOVED me and gave me nothing but kudos. The one where everyone so far said they loved me complete with exclamation points.
And all I have heard since has been the chirping of crickets and the screaming of children.
I am thinking of e-mailing the human resources contact tomorrow, just not sure what to say.
Dear XXXX,
Do you still love me and want to hire me? Because I, personally, am still smitten.
Hoping the answer is "yes!'

I would call them. They didn't give you a turn-around time, did they? Of when they'd get back to you? Call & see what's up. Hopefully it's not a bad sign.
I think I'm going to wait until Friday or Monday to send an e-mail. After the tragedy yesterday, Monday may be more appropriate.
As far as I'm concerned, you totally rock. And if they DON'T hire you, well, if I had lots o'money, I would. Hire you, that is. Bastards, give the girl a call, okay?
